Some folks are obsessed with running, others despise it. Loathe it. Would kick it in the crotch if it was human.
Our goal was to make both parties happy. That, and to take our world famous Nike+ platform to the max.
To the maxxx, even. So we pulled out all/most of the stops and came up with Nike+ GPS, an app that makes
even jogging haters feel the running love. Or at least hate it a lot less.
So what the heck does it do?

• It talks to robots in outer space as you run to map your real-time location, then colors your trail depending on pace.

• It posts when you’ve started a run to your Facebook wall (if you want it to), then pumps audible cheers in your ears every time one of your friends Likes or comments on it.

• It lets you designate a favorite tune as a Power Song, then cues it up as you approach a personal goal or record to give you a mega-motivational kick in the hiney.

• It lets you play Tag with groups of friends based on games of distance, time or laziness, then spurs a frenzy of social network trash talk when someone loses.

• It gives you all kinds of unnervingly accurate voice feedback about how you’re doing as you’re doing it, then showers you with performance-based props via celebrities like Lance Armstrong and Tracy Morgan when you finish.

• Various other cool stuff that you wouldn't have thought was possible til at least 2013. Maybe even 2014.
